About The Position

Sensient BioNutrients is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to join their team. This role involves owning customer relationships globally, driving business growth, and collaborating with cross-functional experts in the BioNutrients market. The position is 100% office-based in Hoffman Estates, IL. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers across the Human, Animal, and Plant Nutrition markets globally.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Commercial, Operations, and Customer Service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline by qualifying leads, implementing sales strategies, preparing quotations, and supporting pricing initiatives.
• Track customer activity, maintain accurate records, and communicate key sales updates and opportunities to management.
• Drive revenue growth by delivering exceptional customer service, negotiating effectively, and building long-term client partnerships.
