As the Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to support sales activity by preparing proposals, keeping sales tracking data, preparing estimates, and other assigned duties to assist customers and the outside sales team in providing appropriate engineering and manufacturing solutions. This role involves calling prospective clients, selling and introducing new corporate products or services, preparing and sending information packages, and generating new leads through various research methods. You will also provide industry research, generate lists of potential clients, create Gold Sheet information, communicate with clients regarding orders and quotations, track and follow up on leads, send out RMA information, handle project execution coordination, record prospect interactions in sales CRM tools, report weekly sales activities, perform administrative duties, and assist with sales marketing activities and trip planning.
