About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of construction/industrial equipment. This role is the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for understanding their equipment needs, negotiating, and placing orders. The position requires strong administrative skills and a commitment to delivering customer satisfaction through a professional attitude.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s license required
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment
• Previous equipment rental industry experience
• Strong customer service & telephone skills
• Solid computer and administrative skills
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations
• Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
