About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for servicing customer relationships in accounts which meet specific criteria to gain and maintain the distribution of brands sold through CDC. All responsibilities are performed at CDC and customer communications are via telephone and email.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone discipline skills are essential and must be able to convey outgoing personality over the telephone
  • Must have basic computer knowledge and be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have proven organizational skills
  • Must be a team player who is also able to work independently
  • Position requires sitting or standing at desk while on telephone 8 hours/day. Also requires ability to enter data into computer while on the phone.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience or similar in the beverage industry preferred.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish, or Asian Pacific language (Vietnamese, Cantonese, Laotian, Cambodian, etc.) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of sales function for assigned accounts, to include: Timely completion of daily call list to ensure processing of order for next day delivery
  • Calls to include new product offerings, promotions, and point of sale opportunities
  • Contact new customers for CDC and begin account set up process.
  • Must maintain current product knowledge
  • Timely completion of daily call list to ensure processing of order for 48 hour delivery
  • Establish and maintain professional customer relationships.
  • Resolve customer concerns/complaints within approved parameters
  • Daily completion of contact log
  • Delivery of signage or POS to accounts as time permits
  • Responsible for maintaining communication after daily work hours to meet customer service needs
  • A/R management of each assigned account
  • Understands and complies with all federal, state, and local regulations, CDC and MolsonCoors policies
  • Adheres to all CDC safety policies, procedures, and training
  • Follows proper procedures for all new tap-ins, line cleaning, and minor draft problems.
