About The Position

Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Territory Manager (ISTM) within the Pest Management Business. This is an in-office position based at our Indianapolis, IN headquarters with minimal travel – less than 20%. The Inside Sales Territory Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of mid-size customers through a virtual, high‑touch service model. The Inside Sales Territory Manager acts as a trusted business partner to customers by providing virtual training, marketing support, data reporting assistance, invoicing guidance, and proactive growth discussions. This position is responsible for managing existing and new customer relationships. The Inside Sales Territory Manager sells Corteva products and solutions while identifying new opportunities for unmet customer needs - driving profitable business growth.

  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Word, manage Microsoft Excel pivot table databases and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Customer service and/or sales experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Pest Control industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Overall management and achievement of sales plan.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product, program, and business support.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled virtual check‑ins focused on customer health, adoption, and retention.
  • Deliver virtual customer training aligned to customer needs.
  • Extensive product knowledge.
  • Knowledge of data reporting to provide customer assistance.
  • Identifying customer marketing needs and providing solutions with internal resources.
  • Share and explain marketing tools, promotions, and campaign resources.
  • Proactive growth conversations with customers.
