About The Position
Parts ASAP, North America's leading supplier of agricultural and construction equipment parts, is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative. This is a relationship-driven sales role, not a call center position, where the representative will help customers find the right parts while building lasting relationships. Success is driven by product knowledge, customer service, and follow-up.
Requirements
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of agricultural, construction, automotive, or heavy equipment parts is a plus—but we'll help you learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with pricing, availability, and product selection.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate shipments.
- Follow up on quotes to turn opportunities into sales.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Make outbound calls to generate repeat business.
- Work with teammates to ensure customers receive the right parts—on time.
