About The Position
Top Guy Footwear is a women's and kids shoe wholesaler that has been operating for over 20 years out of City of Industry, CA (91789). We are seeking a full-time in-house Sales Representative to join our team. As a sales representative you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of footwear and apparel companies worldwide. Ideal candidates will have previous sales experience. Being bilingual in Spanish is required for this role.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, detailed and goal-oriented
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Able to travel domestically for trade shows (2 times a year)
- Being bilingual in Spanish is required
Nice To Haves
- Wholesale shoe industry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with existing customers and strategize for increased business partnership.
- Reach out to new and high opportunity customers, introducing them to our brands and products.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and keep customer account information updated.
- Oversee all order details, fulfillment and delivery according to customer requirements.
- Relay customer feedback and market trends to management to support product development.
- Attend trade shows and schedule appointments with customers to introduce new styles.
