In this role, you will provide unparalleled service to help customers purchase the products they need to complete roofing, building, and remodeling projects. Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of roofing sales an asset
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in technical sales is advantageous but not required.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls and emails, to promote our products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries.
