coolCare Inside Sales Representative
About The Position
coolCare is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to provide sales support for the outside sales team and branches by promoting and selling coolCARE Labor Protection Plans to meet or exceed company objectives. This individual will be responsible for soliciting orders, prospecting for customers, and building relationships with licensed HVAC and plumbing contractors through outbound calls. The role involves making a high volume of outbound calls, communicating the benefits of coolCARE Labor Protection Plans, scheduling follow-up appointments for the coolCARE Product Specialist, and utilizing the coolCARE CRM system to conduct calls, track activity, and document interactions with prospects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to identify and sell to customer needs.
- Results-driven with strong time management skills.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and persuasive.
- Organized, dependable, and positive attitude.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls to establish business relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in inside sales, lead generation, call center, or appointment setting preferred.
Responsibilities
