About The Position

Inside Sales Representative at FASTSIGNS Aiken will be the driving force behind customer relationships, helping clients turn their visions into reality with unique and personalized signage solutions. The right person for this position will take ownership of the complete sales workflow from initial customer contact through project completion and manage coworkers to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, tight-knit team.
  • Ability to manage peers effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent + relevant work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS or AA/AS degree in Business Admin, Communication, Design, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain various streams of communication - phone, email, lead generation software, etc.
  • Communicate with customers during all stages of projects to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Follow up with customers after project completion to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customers to gather project requirements and preferences.
  • Perform site surveys as needed to collect relevant project info and build customer relations.
  • Build estimates that align with their vision and budget.
  • Input all information into Corebridge point-of-sale system.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and capabilities, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Work closely with our production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule installations and site surveys to support all project work.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions using provided tools (Corebridge, Scorpion, Click2Sell, etc).
  • Coordinate with production manager to ensure all projects are on track.
  • Assign tasks and deadlines to staff to meet required deadlines.
  • Perform final quality control of all product to ensure that it matches the customer's expectations.
