Inside Sales Representative
About The Position
FASTSIGNS of Leander & Cedar Park is hiring a new member of our sales team! We strive to provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with our customers. We are primarily B2B and believe it is our responsibility to help our customers look great — through both beautiful signage and the kind of service that makes sure their deadlines are met. We are proactive, friendly, helpful problem solvers, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing, responsive, and eager to learn, with a natural ability to build relationships
- Strong listening and organizational skills
- A quick learner who can juggle multiple projects and details
- Comfortable working under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work
- Motivated, driven, and a hard worker who takes pride in helping others
- A great problem solver with a strong desire to grow both personally and professionally
- Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
- Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, such as signage
Nice To Haves
- Signage or print industry experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred, B2B experience a plus (inside, retail, or counter sales all welcome)
Responsibilities
- Be the initial point of contact with both current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center — by phone, email, in person, and occasionally at the customer's place of business
- Learn to prepare estimates, write up work orders, and ensure the timely delivery of finished orders
- Guide customers through the entire project, from first estimate to final installation
- Turn prospects into long-term clients by building trust and lasting relationships
- Participate in daily team meetings and help execute our business and marketing plans
- Take an active role in the ongoing success of the FASTSIGNS Center
