About The Position

Choice Home Warranty is growing and looking for motivated sales professionals to join our Elite Inside Sales Team. This is an opportunity for competitive, motivated, and passionate sales professionals to build a six-figure income without making cold calls. We provide warm, inbound leads, paid training, strong sales support, and opportunities for advancement. The role offers health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with a 2% company match, and a 4-day workweek. This position is 100% onsite in Edison, NJ.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and close sales
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong phone presence
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Close warm leads from customers actively interested in home warranty coverage
• Handle incoming sales calls and inquiries
• Build strong rapport and establish trust with customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate coverage
• Present products and confidently close sales
• Upsell and maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Develop strong product knowledge and communicate the value of our services
