About The Position

Inside Sales Representative (Remote, EST Hours) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM ET Location: Fully Remote (Equipment Provided) Join a growing team supporting leading cosmetic, personal care, and consumer product brands with laboratory testing services. This is a high-impact, customer-facing sales role where you'll manage inbound inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate testing services, and build long-term client relationships. Requirements

Experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, order processing, or sales support.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience preparing quotes, handling pricing discussions, or managing customer requests.
Proficiency with Excel and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in laboratory services, scientific services, testing, or a related industry.
Interest in cosmetics, personal care, consumer products, or product testing.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding laboratory testing services.
Consult with clients to identify the right testing solutions and prepare pricing proposals.
Create and manage quotes, orders, and customer documentation.
Coordinate with laboratory, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful project completion.
Build relationships with new and repeat customers, supporting recurring testing needs.
Manage 10-15 inquiries daily while providing exceptional customer service.
Track opportunities and customer activity using Excel, SharePoint, email, and CRM tools.
Follow up promptly on leads and customer requests, maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
