About The Position
The Inside Sales Representative role supports Magnatex Pumps' gasket, fastener, and hose business. This position is responsible for maintaining and growing customer support and sales, as well as assisting in the re-engagement of potentially lost customers. Magnatex Pumps is an ISO 9001:2008 certified supplier of various types of pumps and related equipment, serving demanding applications in the process industries.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Excel is a plus, but not necessary
- Customer service experience
- High School Diploma
Responsibilities
- Receiving calls/e-mails from customers
- Researching and quoting customers on parts and/or services
- Ordering parts
- Managing sale price and GP
- Communicating receipt of parts to customers
- Assist in the inventory maintenance of service parts
- Assist in the accuracy and timely billing of parts service
- Customer retention and engagement
- Assisting in generating leads for service and sales
