Requirements

  • Two years’ experience in sales.
  • Outstanding phone skills.
  • Weekend availability is required, during peak season through October.
  • Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to develop relationships, engage with others.
  • High integrity and operates with truth and transparency.
  • Is a forward thinker, can respectfully challenge status quo and think beyond the moment.
  • Excellent verbal, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excels at operating in a fast paced, community environment.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • High sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound follow up and cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
