About The Position

As an Auto Inside Sales Representative, you’ll provide insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, convert quotes into new policies, and show the value that comes with being a GEICO policyholder. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms
• Experienced in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience preferred
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred
• College degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance quotes
• Advise customers on coverage options
• Convert quotes into new policies
• Show the value that comes with being a GEICO policyholder
• Manage incoming calls and engage potential customers to provide a positive and personalized sales experience
• Identify potential customer needs and recommend coverage solutions
• Stay informed about GEICO’s products and identify cross-selling opportunities to assist potential customers
• Provide potential customers with peace of mind by helping them choose the right coverage for the best protection
