As our Inside Sales Specialist, you'll become a trusted furniture sales expert, guiding customers by phone, chat, and email as they choose customizable furniture for their homes, offices, and unique spaces.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, inside sales, retail sales, customer service, account support, or another customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Comfort using Office 365, CRM systems, databases, and online tools in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma required.
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Furniture industry experience is helpful, but not required.
  • If you have strong sales instincts, customer service skills, and the ability to learn quickly, we'll help you become a furniture expert.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers through inbound calls, chats, emails, and leads, delivering a high-quality furniture sales experience from first conversation through completed order.
  • Use consultative sales skills and product knowledge to recommend furniture solutions that match each customer's style, space, budget, and customization needs.
  • Follow up thoughtfully, answer questions, coordinate vendor details, and build trust that leads to stronger conversion, repeat business, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage orders, CRM updates, quotes, and sales pipeline activity with accuracy while partnering across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
