The Leasing Inside Sales Representative is an integral member of the Sales Team, functioning as the primary point of contact for prospective residents. This position is accountable for lead management, securing tour appointments, presenting community features to prospects to maximize leasing results, and providing exceptional customer service to prospects, residents, and colleagues. The role is also responsible for all administrative duties related to the sales function in the customer relationship management (CRM) software. The ideal candidate is ambitious, self-motivated, and driven by opportunities for advancement. Sales are conducted over-the-phone, and all leads are warm, therefore NO cold-calling is involved.
