Richardson RFPD, an Arrow Company, is a specialized electronic component distributor providing design engineers with deep technical expertise and localized global design support for the latest new products from the world’s leading suppliers of RF, Wireless, IoT and Power Technologies. This role involves customer relationship management, sales processing, inventory and logistics assistance, lead generation, and technical support collaboration. The Inside Sales Representative II will act as the primary internal contact for assigned customer accounts, providing proactive service and support. They will work in tandem with a Field Sales Engineer/Technical Sales Representative to manage the territory as a team. Key responsibilities include processing RFQs, sales orders, managing order alerts, checking stock availability, assisting with after-sale situations, managing supplier leads, expanding product offerings at existing accounts, and collaborating with technical teams to provide solutions and alternatives to customers.
