MiniMed is seeking dynamic Inside Sales Representatives to engage and convert new and existing patient leads across our full portfolio of products. Requirements

2+ years of sales, call center, or customer-facing experience
HSD/GED

Responsibilities

Engage with patients through inbound and outbound calls, guiding them through their journey
Convert new and existing leads into customers through consultative, impact-driven conversations
Manage and prioritize a high-volume pipeline with speed, urgency, and strong follow-up
Partner with field teams and cross-functional partners to deliver a seamless patient experience
Set up patient accounts, document interactions, and execute daily outreach (30+ calls)
