Requirements

  • 1+ year in sales, call center, customer service, or leadership roles
  • Confident engaging with business leaders and executives
  • Competitive, resilient, goal-oriented, and highly motivated
  • Strong organizational skills with consistent follow-through
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Dependable and committed to a full-time schedule

Responsibilities

  • Connect with business owners and decision-makers to schedule introductory appointments with our Regional VP of Sales
  • Build rapport with C-suite executives and uncover business challenges
  • Clearly communicate the value of Cogent Analytics’ services
  • Manage follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships
  • Track activity and performance using CRM tools
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
  • Represent the Cogent brand with professionalism and confidence
