Requirements

  • At least 1 year in sales, call centers, customer service, or leadership roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator comfortable engaging with C-suite clients.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, ambitious, highly influential, persistent, resilient, and driven by success.
  • Committed to strengthening the small business community and thriving in a high-energy, results-driven team environment.
  • Self-motivated and possesses above-average closing skills.
  • Consistently available to work a 40-hour week and be dependable on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Engage business owners to schedule first point-of-contact appointments with our Regional VP of Sales.
  • Build rapport with C-suite leaders to understand business challenges and present Cogent’s value.
  • Manage client relationships and schedule appropriate follow-ups with C-suite executives.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and support your team in exceeding daily and weekly goals.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and enhance your career.
  • Represent the Cogent Analytics brand with professionalism, integrity, and confidence.
