About The Position

Generator Supercenter is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to work in its call center. The role focuses on developing sales opportunities, understanding customer needs, presenting generator products and services, and providing helpful customer service by phone and email. The representative will manage and research leads, maintain prospect information, and stay current on product details and competitor offers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, either 8 a.m.–5 p.m. or 9 a.m.–6 p.m., with occasional Saturdays as needed. Compensation is $15–$18 per hour plus commission.

Responsibilities

Develop new sales opportunities using outbound lists from various CRM systems, email, and lead follow-ups.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
Use proper phone etiquette and handle a high volume of calls.
Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and provide additional information by phone and email.
Explain and demonstrate the functions and features of products and services.
Maintain and improve the prospect database and research new leads.
Keep up to date with product and service information and competitor offers.
Perform other related duties as necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
