About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative is a remote position that supports and develops new and existing, low volume WaterFurnace dealers in the growth of their business. Dealers are to be actively recruited, supported and communicated with to cultivate front of mind brand awareness and to promote dealers into a position where sales volume can be grown and supported by a Territory Manager. The position covers multistate district’s in strategically developing accounts for the Territory Managers. Additionally, this role will support customer and TM requests, providing the WaterFurnace Brand experience and industry leading timeliness.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of HVAC and geothermal technology
  • Foster teamwork within WaterFurnace and with Dealers.
  • Consistently provide a professional and upbeat telephone experience.
  • Possess strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Work independently or as part of a team when solving challenges.
  • Draw upon strong written and verbal skills.
  • Demonstrate high degree of accuracy.
  • Show courtesy and, at the same time, a sense of urgency.
  • Always convey an eagerness to learn and to take on additional responsibility.
  • Possess previous experience with an order fulfillment system.
  • At least three (3) years of outbound telephone sales support experience with an established customer base.
  • Demonstrated record of accomplishment with a consultative approach and facilitative skill set.

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC and Geothermal specific experience, loop design and waterside diagnostic experience preferred.
  • Experience in a commercial or business-to-business technical products environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive Development - Outbound Sales Calls. Calling Dealers, selling and marketing WaterFurnace. Communicating the value proposition, product features and benefits. Providing quotes, capturing sales orders and leads. Driving promotions and campaigns.
  • Reactive Support – Dealer/Territory Manager Inquiries and Emails. Answer dealer requests.
  • Assist Dealers with utilizing WaterFurnace Tools such as Geo-Link Software, OneLink Portal, Symphony set up and utilization, Marketing Site Tools, Secure Site navigation, and provide training to Dealers in the use of these tools.
  • Promote and encourage Dealers to participate in TM and factory sponsored training classes.
  • Coordinate with TM’s and DM to identify and recruitment of new 6 Dealers per year.
  • Promotion of at least 6 Dealers per year to D2 status or higher
  • ISR will provide backup and support to TM’s as necessary including TM vacation coverage
