About The Position

We aren’t looking for order-takers, clock-punchers, or script-readers. We are looking for closers. At Grapevine Pro, our Outside Sales team helps homeowners all over the tri-state area, but they can’t do it without fuel. Your job is to provide that fuel. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be the driving force of our growth—handling heavy outbound and inbound volume to overcome objections, build urgency, and lock down confirmed, free estimates for our specialists. If you have thick skin, a relentless drive to win, and the ability to turn a "No" into a "Yes," you will make an absolute killing here.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the Phone: Making high-volume outbound calls to warm and inbound leads (No cold calling random phone books—these people want our services, they just need to be closed on the appointment).
  • Overcoming Objections: Pushing past the initial hesitation, handling stalls, and using persistent sales skills to lock in the estimate.
  • Selling the Value: Quickly building rapport and educating homeowners on why they need our exterior experts in their home now.
  • Filling the Pipeline: Managing your pipeline efficiently to ensure our outside reps have a packed calendar every single day.
