About The Position

This internship provides hands-on experience supporting inside sales and renewal operations within a fast-paced technology environment. The role assists with quote preparation, renewal tracking, order coordination, and account support while collaborating with customers, vendors, and internal teams. The intern gains exposure to sales tools, Salesforce workflows, data accuracy, and end-to-end sales lifecycle activities, contributing to a team focused on responsiveness, precision, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) for data tracking, documentation, and reporting
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) to support quotes, renewals, and account records
  • Comfort working with data, quotes, and administrative sales workflows with attention to accuracy

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, frequent use of a computer and other office equipment, and effective time management in a self-directed work environment.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 25 pounds may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing and processing quotes for new business and renewals, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation in Salesforce and ConnectWise Sell.
  • Support renewal operations by tracking upcoming maintenance and subscription expirations and helping maintain data in CloudCover.
  • Maintain account records, opportunity notes, order details, and sales documentation to support forecasting, reporting, and data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering, procurement) and external vendors to support customer requests, pricing inquiries, and issue resolution.
  • Provide general sales operations support, including order tracking, billing follow-up, vendor communications, deal registration, and process improvement initiatives.
