About The Position

At SafeStreets USA, you’ll work in a supportive environment where innovation, integrity, and community impact are at the heart of everything we do. The Inside Sales Professional is responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls and converting qualified leads into home security customers. This role focuses on consistent execution of the sales process, urgency in scheduling installations, and collecting activation at the point of sale. Inside Sales Professionals are measured by conversion, installation outcomes, efficiency, and install speed. This is a full-time, performance-driven role.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and sit or stand for periods throughout the work day
  • All SafeStreets employees must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to follow structured sales processes and accept coaching
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM systems

Nice To Haves

  • Previous inside sales, call center, or customer-facing experience
  • Experience selling home security, telecom, or subscription-based services
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in a professional and compliant manner
  • Present home security solutions clearly and confidently to prospective customers
  • Convert qualified leads into completed sales following approved scripts and processes
  • Schedule customer installations with a target baseline of 10 days or fewer from sale to install
  • Collect activation payments at the time of sale whenever possible (Charge Today)
  • Accurately document customer information and sales activity in CRM systems
  • Manage call flow efficiently to maximize talk time and sales opportunities
  • Participate in coaching sessions, call reviews, and ongoing training
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual performance goals
