About The Position

It’s Just Lunch (IJL) Select, the largest franchise of It’s Just Lunch locations, is seeking an experienced and ambitious Inside Sales Professional for a remote, full-time position. This role is crucial in connecting with prospective clients, identifying qualified singles, and guiding them towards the next step in their dating journey. The position requires a high level of activity, comfort with phone-based sales, and a drive to achieve and exceed goals, with significant earning potential for high performers. This is not a passive remote role; it demands personal accountability and a professional approach to managing a full workday.

Requirements

4-year degree or equivalent professional work experience
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, including phone, inside, or door-to-door sales
At least 1 year of tenure with the same employer
Experience working in a high-volume sales environment
Proven ability to independently manage a full, productive workday
Comfortable with measurable activity, KPI, and revenue expectations
Comfortable with a performance-based bonus/commission structure
Competitive and motivated by six-figure earning potential
Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday as part of your regular five-day workweek

Nice To Haves

Experience with consultative sales, one-call closing, short sales cycles, or intangible/luxury products is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound sales conversations with prospective and previous clients
Evaluate and interview prospective clients through a consultative sales process
Enroll qualified new clients
Maintain consistent prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline activity
Achieve and exceed sales quotas, KPIs, and activity expectations
Collaborate with Client Advisors who provide concierge-level service to clients
