About The Position

In this job, you will focus on consultative and relationship sales to meet the needs of families. You will work autonomously and control your success, with a team behind you. Requirements

• 2-4 years working in a sales environment having face-to-face contact with the customer
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying compassionate care, both in person and on the telephone
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and excellent time management skills
• Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology
• FBI/BCI fingerprint screening
• Diocese of Youngstown Safe Environment Training (VIRTUS certificate)
• Completion of Diocese of Youngstown Employment Application
