About The Position

This role is for an Inside Sales Professional who is bilingual in Spanish and English. The position is located at St Adalbert Cemetery in Milwaukee, WI. The sales approach is consultative and relationship-driven, prioritizing accompaniment before arrangements. The position offers autonomy with team support and involves a dynamic, fast-paced environment with varied daily tasks, including arrangement meetings, committals, and parish outreach.

Requirements

2-4 years working in a sales environment having face-to-face contact with the customer
Interest in working in a Catholic environment (all faiths and backgrounds welcome, but a heart drawn to the mission is needed)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying compassionate care, both in person and on the telephone
Strong organization and excellent time management skills
Bilingual Spanish language skills (verbal, and written)
Proficient computers, software, and technology aptitude
Valid Driver's License
Ability to pass a Background Check
Ability to pass a Sales Aptitude Assessment
