About The Position

3 Men Movers is looking for a hands-on Inside Sales Manager who enjoys developing people, driving sales, and delivering a great customer experience. You’ll lead the team’s daily performance, coaching, scheduling, and accountability, with support from the Sales Director. This is a working management role: you’ll stay involved in sales, help handle customer escalations, and model the follow-through you expect from your team. Hospitality backgrounds are welcome! If you’ve led a hotel, restaurant, or guest service team, we value your ability to develop people, drive sales, and keep things running smoothly during busy periods.

Requirements

  • Prior leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
  • A strong sales record and the ability to coach others toward better results.
  • An interest in developing people while holding them accountable.
  • Confidence giving direct feedback and handling difficult conversations professionally.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
  • The ability to stay composed during customer escalations and busy periods.
  • Comfort working in a phone-based sales environment and learning new systems.
  • Experience with CRM systems

  • Hospitality backgrounds are welcome! If you’ve led a hotel, restaurant, or guest service team, we value your ability to develop people, drive sales, and keep things running smoothly during busy periods.
  • GoHighLevel or Oracle NetSuite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Inside Sales team’s daily activities and hold team members accountable for sales performance, attendance, productivity, lead follow-up, and customer experience.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and provide clear, specific, actionable coaching.
  • Review calls, messages, and sales activity to identify strengths and development opportunities.
  • Address performance concerns promptly and document coaching conversations and next steps.
  • Create and maintain the team’s schedule based on business needs.
  • Monitor staffing coverage, inbound activity, response times, and service levels, adjusting as needed.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for agent questions, customer escalations, and process clarification.
  • Identify operational issues early and coordinate solutions. Bring issues requiring director involvement forward with a clear summary and recommended next step.
  • Maintain strong personal sales performance and provide phone and lead coverage when needed.
  • Track conversion, lead handling, and other team performance measures, using the results to guide coaching and improvements.
  • Help prepare for and lead weekly Sales Team Meetings.
  • Assist with commission inputs, reporting, and other department responsibilities.
  • Keep leadership informed through accurate documentation, timely updates, and constructive feedback.
