About The Position
We are seeking an ambitious, data-driven, and high-energy Inside Sales Manager to lead and scale our team of Inside Sales Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving pipeline execution, coaching a high-performing outbound sales team, and refining our go-to-market strategies to fuel aggressive revenue expansion across the US market. You will combine hands-on sales leadership with strategic operational rigor—optimizing sales plays, ensuring forecast accuracy, and empowering your team to close complex SaaS deals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of total experience in B2B SaaS/Tech sales, with at least 2–3+ years of experience managing an inside sales or outbound revenue team.
- Proven history of leading teams to exceed sales targets and quota expectations in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
- Proficiency with modern sales technology stacks (CRM platforms like Salesforce/HubSpot, sales engagement tools, and pipeline intelligence software).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strong ability to motivate, inspire, and hold team members accountable.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with a growth-oriented, "player-coach" leadership approach.
Nice To Haves
- Prior background in SaaS, Cybersecurity, ITSM, Enterprise Mobility, UEM, Identity/Zero Trust, or EDR/XDR is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and elevate a team of Inside Sales Executives to consistently hit and exceed individual and team revenue quotas.
- Actively participate in strategic prospect calls, demo reviews, and negotiation cycles to assist team members in navigating complex sales cycles and overcoming objections.
- Conduct regular 1:1s and pipeline reviews to drive continuous improvement in messaging, prospecting, and conversion rates.
- Maintain detailed insight into team pipelines within CRM, delivering accurate weekly and quarterly revenue forecasts to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align outbound campaigns, sharpen sales playbooks, and optimize lead follow-up workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement data-driven improvements to increase rep productivity, outreach velocity, and deal velocity.
