Orchard is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead and grow our remote Inside Sales team, coaching Inside Sales Associates (ISAs) to convert inbound homeowner interest into qualified appointments for our Licensed Real Estate Agents. You'll own team performance and pipeline health, partnering closely with other Inside Sales Managers, team leads, and Sales Operations to build a scalable, high-performing sales floor. This is a full-time role that will report into the Director of Revenue Operations and be based out of our growing Austin office (remote new with hybrid opportunities in the future). The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission tied to team performance, with an OTE of approximately $120K.
