We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Business Development Associates within Triumph Carrier Sales. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting the pace, building a strong sales culture, and ensuring the team consistently hits and exceeds performance goals. In a typical day, you’ll be leading your BDA team through performance coaching, call reviews, and activity tracking to ensure goals are being met and exceeded. You’ll work closely with leadership to refine sales strategies, review pipeline health, and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates. You’ll also spend time developing team members through ongoing feedback, structured training, and real-time support using tools like Five9 and Level AI. From onboarding new hires to optimizing daily performance, you’ll be hands-on in shaping both individual success and overall team results.
