About The Position

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing HCP resellers and those who utilize Fullscript. This role requires a focus on growing the Vital Nutrients brand and expanding sales through effective account management, cross-selling, and building new customer relationships. The Vital Nutrients Inside Sales Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years sales experience in pharmaceuticals or nutraceuticals, selling to healthcare practitioners (MD’s, naturopaths, chiropractors, etc.)
• Must have experience with strategic planning and a proven track record of scaling the direct practitioner channel market.
• Proficiency and a strong desire to use AI tools to enhance sales productivity, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
• High integrity, strong work ethic and ability to work hands-on.
• High energy, enthusiastic, focused, determined.
• Constant drive for results.
• Excellent written communication skills; articulate speaker and good listener at all levels inside and outside the organization.
• Sitting for long periods of time.
• Repetitive tasks such as typing and extended periods of computer screen time.
• Travel required for Trade Shows and Sales Meetings.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage resellers and drive revenue growth from them by ensuring strong relationships and effective sales strategies.
• Drive sales through new customer acquisition, working to identify and secure new business opportunities within the HCP space.
• Find and leverage cross-selling opportunities and increase sales through multiple channels, including with practitioners on the Fullscript platform.
• Work toward hitting set goals, which will be tied to tiered commission levels that reward revenue growth.
• Monitor sales activity and ensure that revenue goals are met through regular reporting and performance reviews.
• Partner with marketing teams and management to align efforts and ensure effective promotional activities to drive sales growth.
• Use CRM tools (HubSpot) to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline sales workflows, including prospecting research, customer communication drafting, data analysis, and CRM enrichment, to maximize productivity and accelerate revenue growth.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
