About The Position

Nuovo Artistic Studios is seeking an Inside Sales Manager & Performance Coach to lead, mentor, and scale its sales team, which is based in Montreal and operates remotely across Canada and the USA. This role is crucial for coaching the team to convert inquiries from social media into customers, emphasizing consultative selling and handling intimate conversations with empathy. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and be dedicated to improving both team performance and the client experience.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in high-ticket B2C sales, ideally in luxury retail, wellness, beauty, or high-end hospitality.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing and leading teams, preferably in a sales environment or a role focused on performance and KPIs.
  • Strong coaching ability with a motivating presence, capable of recognizing behavioral patterns and providing empowering feedback.
  • Metrics-driven with a passion for sales, conversion rates, and KPIs, holding self and team accountable to high performance standards.
  • Proficiency in designing and delivering impactful training programs, translating complex psychological concepts into actionable sales tools.
  • Outstanding listening skills and comfort guiding teams through sensitive or vulnerable client conversations professionally.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort managing a hybrid team (on-site and remote).

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Client Acquisition Specialists, identifying strengths and implementing personalized development plans to achieve conversion targets.
  • Create and facilitate training workshops, role-plays, and 1:1 coaching sessions focused on active listening, trauma-aware communication, and confidence building.
  • Conduct live call monitoring and review recordings to provide actionable feedback for enhancing emotional presence and commercial results.
  • Develop training modules for premium B2C sales, including value-based selling, objection handling, and soft closing techniques.
  • Refine communication guidelines and scripts to ensure authenticity, ethics, and effectiveness across different markets.
  • Establish a structured onboarding and certification process for new hires.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive growth and ensure client interactions meet high standards.
