Requirements

Must present a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Computer skills, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are a must
Must be able to multitask to respond to different customer needs
High school diploma/GED required

Nice To Haves

Experience in quotes and processing purchase orders are a plus
Organized and creative with the ability to follow directions and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

Processing quotes for customers requesting bids concerning lighting opportunities
Place orders in system and provide tracking updates to customers
Resolve concerns of both vendors and customers when issues arise
Produce project submittals for approval and review documents when returned/noted
Maintain, track, and update various data required to track effectiveness of the team and branch
Provide consistent and pleasant communications
