Requirements

• Must present a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Computer skills, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are a must
• Must be able to multitask to respond to different customer needs
• High school diploma/GED required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in quotes and processing purchase orders are a plus
• Organized and creative with the ability to follow directions and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Processing quotes for customers requesting bids concerning lighting opportunities
• Place orders in system and provide tracking updates to customers
• Resolve concerns of both vendors and customers when issues arise
• Produce project submittals for approval and review documents when returned/noted
• Maintain, track, and update various data required to track effectiveness of the team and branch
• Provide consistent and pleasant communications
