A key aspect is upholding Total Customer Commitment (TCC) standards and collaborating with product principals. The role also includes active participation in training, an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support, and supporting colleagues during peak workloads. Accurate and timely completion of quotes, order entry, and purchase orders, along with cultivating strong customer relationships, are essential.
