About The Position

This role involves managing customer interactions, processing orders, and providing support for instruments and measurement products. The position requires timely handling of customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email, often with a heavy workload. Key responsibilities include scheduling measurement technicians, processing Requests for Quotations (RFQs), providing technical assistance and product support, expediting deliveries, and ensuring alignment between sales efforts and technician availability. The role also supports the accounting department with invoice and return issues, assists sales personnel with instrumentation initiatives, and upholds Total Customer Commitment (TCC) standards. Collaboration with product principals and active participation in training and an 'On-Call' rotation are also expected. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is a core aspect of the position.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle a heavy workload.
  • Proficiency in handling customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email.
  • Understanding of Measurement Technician Scheduling.
  • Experience with RFQs, Technical Assistance/Support, Factory Support, Technical Product Support, and Delivery Expediting.
  • Ability to align sales efforts with technician availability.
  • Capability to support accounting functions related to invoices and returns.
  • Skill in supporting sales personnel for instrumentation initiatives.
  • Commitment to upholding Total Customer Commitment (TCC) standards.
  • Willingness to work closely with and support product principals.
  • Enthusiasm for attending training.

Responsibilities
