About The Position

In this role, you will live your faith and serve a greater purpose than just a quota. You will guide families through the Order of Christian Funerals and their options through consultative, relationship-driven conversations, prioritizing accompaniment before arrangements. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, involving arrangement meetings, committals, and parish outreach. You will work autonomously but be supported by a team.

Requirements

• 2-4 years working in a sales environment having face-to-face contact with the customer
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying compassionate care, both in person and on the telephone
• Strong organization and excellent time management skills
• Bilingual Spanish language skills (verbal, and written)
• Proficient computers, software, and technology aptitude
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities
