About The Position

In the Family Service Advisor role, you will live your faith and serve a greater purpose than just a quota. This role is for individuals tired of traditional sales environments and seeking a calling. You will guide families through the Order of Christian Funerals and their options using consultative, relationship-driven conversations, prioritizing accompaniment before arrangements. You will work autonomously but with the support of a team. The role is dynamic and fast-paced, involving arrangement meetings, committals, and parish outreach, ensuring no two days are the same.

Requirements

• 2-4 years working in a sales environment having face-to-face contact with the customer.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment, all backgrounds welcome to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying compassionate care, both in person and on the telephone.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology.
• FBI/BCI fingerprint screening.
• Diocese of Youngstown Safe Environment Training (VIRTUS certificate).
• Completion of Diocese of Youngstown Employment Application.

• Bilingual in Spanish.
