About The Position

The LA Clippers are seeking coachable, competitive, motivated, reliable, and confident individuals for their 9-12 month Inside Sales program. This foundational program focuses on hiring, training, and developing future standouts in ticket sales, offering comprehensive sports sales training with a strong emphasis on developing skills vital to becoming an industry sales leader. The leadership team is committed to developing sales executives on both a personal and professional level, providing a courtside seat to the business of sports and opportunities for advancement. This is a part-time role based in Inglewood, CA, not eligible for benefits. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays, to cover concerts, NBA games, and special events. Typical work hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Representatives earn hourly wages with commission and bonus opportunities.

Requirements

Proficient in basic computer software programs
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Excellent customer relations skills with the ability to present sales products to potential clients
Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

Sell memberships, partial plans, group tickets, premium seating, and single game event suites
Make a minimum of 100 outbound phone calls daily
Prospect and qualify all potential sales opportunities
Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals
Set appointments, show seats, and assist with Select-A-Seat events
Perform game night duties as assigned (visit clients, work sales table, host prospects, etc.)
Participate in sales-driven arena events
Attend weekly meetings and training sessions conducted by Manager
Maintain computerized records of all prospects and clients with our CRM system
