About The Position

The LA Clippers are seeking coachable, competitive, motivated, reliable, and confident individuals for their 9-12 month Inside Sales program. This foundational program focuses on hiring, training, and developing future standouts in ticket sales. Participants will receive comprehensive sports sales training with a strong emphasis on developing skills vital to becoming an industry sales leader. The leadership team is committed to developing sales executives on both a personal and professional level, offering exposure to a comprehensive training regime. The program provides a unique perspective on the business of sports and offers top-performing representatives internal and external opportunities for career advancement. This is a part-time role based in Inglewood, CA and is not eligible for benefits. Due to the nature of the industry, candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays, to cover high-profile concerts, NBA games, and special events. Typical work hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Representatives earn hourly wages with commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Sell memberships, partial plans, group tickets, premium seating, and single game event suites
  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound phone calls daily
  • Prospect and qualify all potential sales opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals
  • Set appointments, show seats, and assist with Select-A-Seat events
  • Perform game night duties as assigned (visit clients, work sales table, host prospects, etc.)
  • Participate in sales-driven arena events
  • Attend weekly meetings and training sessions conducted by Manager
  • Maintain computerized records of all prospects and clients using the CRM system
