About The Position

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join their team. This role involves communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. The ideal candidate will understand customer needs, identify sales opportunities, and explain product/service features. This position requires staying informed about product updates and competitor offerings, while also maintaining a customer database and working towards sales targets.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong listening and sales skills.
Ability to achieve targets.
High school diploma/GED.

Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
