CSI has been investing in our employees for five decades, start your journey with us today! Our Inside Sales Team serves as the strategic engine for our direct US and Canada sales force. While initial outreach is a core component, this role is designed for individuals who want to master the full sales cycle. You will collaborate closely with senior Account Executives to identify market opportunities and build high-value partnerships.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience making outgoing sales calls to prospects or a Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business
  • Prior experience working in a competitive, goal-oriented setting
  • Proficiency using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and highly organized approach to daily workflows
  • The resilience to handle objections and the curiosity to learn from them.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted calls and personalized email campaigns to secure appointments for the direct sales force.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales Management to research territories and build sophisticated target lists.
  • Utilize SalesLoft, LinkedIn, and modern sales tech to design and execute multi-touch sales sequences.
  • Maintain accurate data within Salesforce.com to track progress and identify trends.
  • Participate in strategy sessions to learn the complexities of the leasing and finance industry.
