The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of longtail customers who spend under $20,000 annually on books and journals content. The primary focus of the role is on customer renewal, retention, and upselling, minimising attrition, growing accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role requiring the successful applicant to be able to attend our office in Philadelphia 3 days per week, with the rest of your time working remotely.
