Inside Sales Enrollment Coordinator, Intermediate (Plan Based Enroller)
About The Position
The Blue Shield of California IFP Direct Sales Team is responsible for assisting clients with plan selection and enrollment with on and off exchange medical, dental, and vision products. The Inside Sales Enrollment Coordinator, Intermediate (Plan Based Enroller) position will report to the Senior Manager, Direct Sales. In this role, you will assist with on-exchange enrollments for sales agents, Evershield sales retention strategies, administrative sales team support, and other duties as assigned or able to complete. Requirements
- Must pass a background check/drug screen.
- Qualified applicants with arrest records and/or conviction records will be considered for employment in a manner consistent with Federal, State and local laws, including but not limited to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
