About The Position

The Inside Sales Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing various aspects of project take-offs, budgetary pricing, warranty tracking, shipment monitoring, customer support, documentation, and reporting. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to ensure seamless coordination and enhance overall sales effectiveness. This position supports a sales team and may require additional administrative duties such as internal reporting and customer event coordination. The listed responsibilities are not all inclusive of the role.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience in a sales support role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business administration, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to assess project requirements accurately.
  • Create detailed take-offs utilizing project plans and specifications.
  • Work closely with the sales team to prepare budgetary pricing for projects.
  • Provide timely and accurate quotations based on project specifications.
  • Maintain a comprehensive warranty tracking system.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely processing of warranty claims.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Communicate with logistics and shipping partners to resolve any issues.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain organized records of project take-offs, budgetary pricing, warranty claims, and shipment details.
  • Generate regular reports for the sales team lead, highlighting key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assist in the development of strategies to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Proactively contribute to the enhancement of sales support procedures.
