About The Position

Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned business with facilities located in Bedford, PA and Seguin, TX. We manufacture over 200 of the highest-quality custom attachments for heavy equipment made in the USA! This role supports Account Managers and Customers by generating quotes, providing customer service, coordinating communication, collaborating with engineering, collecting customer information, creating and processing sales orders, documenting customer concerns, providing follow-up support, and maintaining customer data in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Time management, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and be flexible with changing priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite or related software
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Two year’s experience in a customer service, product support, or sales role
• ERP Experience
• Desire to learn

Responsibilities

• Generating quotes for standard and custom Rockland products
• Providing world-class customer service to Rockland customers and teammates
• Coordinating communication between customers, account managers, and other internal staff to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with engineering to provide customer design specifications
• Collecting machine and product information from customers
• Creating and processing sales orders for Rockland products
• Documenting and identifying customer concerns and trends
• Providing follow-up support to Rockland customers
• Entering and maintaining customer data in CRM system
